EDMONTON CHALLENGE PRACTICE

15 Power Cleans 95#
10 Chest to Floor Push-ups
ROUNDS = 6

I was trying few different ways in this video to feel what was going to allow me to perform one round per min. Dropping the bar and resetting seemed to work best. If this is allowed at the Edmonton Challenge it's in my plan.
The WOD in Edmonton is
As many rounds in 15min of the above exercises.

Hey Chad, sometimes plans go out the window when your in the heat of battle. How did your plan to drop the weight work at the event or did you start with some touch and go?

Good job, 4th place is a great finish. Sooo close!
