I wanted you peeps to see that the majority of my meals look like this👌Daily I have a goal to hit my fiber and micronutrients first before going into flexible eating mode💥 Do I always go flexible everyday...nope, only when I feel like it as I believe it is unrealistic to limit yourself from foods.
