Was craving chips the other night big time! Deep in my prep right now and my fat grams are not high to have real chips. So I used my #tFal and pop corn dill pickle seasoning with some sea salt and they turned out not bad at all...good enough👌 This little batch was about a bag of chips worth at 62g carbs from russet potatoes and dill seasoning count. Only had carbs left tonight so I used 210g Wild Frozen Blueberries🍇 + 2 tbsp Low Carb Smuckers Raspberry Jam to hit my remaining 32g carbs. I heated the blueberries for just a tiny bit to keep some still frozen and have some warm.....soooo good! I wanted you peeps to see that the majority of my meals look like this👌Daily I have a goal to hit my fiber and micronutrients first before going into flexible eating mode💥 Do I always go flexible everyday...nope, only when I feel like it as I believe it is unrealistic to limit yourself from foods. Was craving pizza tonight so we decided to make our own low fat option as my macros are only 50g fat for the day right now in prep. Found some low fat -Swiss cheese -Pepperoni sliced really thin (helps a lot!!) -Low fat ham -Unico Authentic sauce -Flour -Mushrooms Each slice's Macros: P 9.8G C 18.6g F 4.75g I had 5 slices and my wife had 3😘 Believe it it not this was pretty good!!! My met rate is so reved up right now 🔥 I could of devoured 12 more slices! But I hit macros and stopped👌 ✨calculations above are using the "quick add" on myfitnesspal. I made this quick add up using each macros individual caloric gram amount P4cal, C4cal, F9cal per gram....then you just alter the amounts to your specific grams👍 🌟doing this really helps when in a quick fix and you don't know your exact macros, but have a rough estimate from past experience. Just made my coach's Prep Cake he made up! Yeah I ate the entire cake and I have macros left over! This cake came out pretty huge as I used double portions of cake mix and protein powder.
