ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

Shannon!

Shannon hit a New Deadlift PB of 165lbs in 4weeks of training!
The Deadlift is a new exercise for Shannon; she started at 116lbs and is now at 165lbs, with a little left in the tank.
Shannon's new goal is to Deadlift 200lbs.

Way to go girl, keep up the great work!
