The problem: You quit after 1-2 weeks at anything you do‼️Why? A very high percent of most people simply do not want to take the time that it takes, hence it takes more time! You see these frustrated people everywhere! These are the peeps who ask questions all the time, but do not apply the answers they've received to those questions from someone who has had success.....they say "I know, I know". STOP the MADNESS! If you have a lot of fat on your body, like you can actually grab handfuls....this process, this journey you need to embark on is going to TAKE CONSISTENT TIME! Slow down, do it right, take the time your goal needs to see the results you WANT!
