This has been my go to Pre Workout meal this prep👌I like to let it fully digest for 3-4hr before I train (remember this is optimal for me...find what works for you) 👌👍 I like a higher sodium meal to start my day, plus I also like my sodium on the higher side (again through trial and error I have found this works for me).
