GAINS💪🏻 All you beginners out there here is some HUGE free Info for you all to make gains. 💥If you are currently working your chest more than your legs and back you must REVERSE this! For starters try training your back 2 x per week and pull dome heavy deadlifts one workout, then the next workout do some multiple angle hypertrophy pull work + lower % deadlifts. Additionally train legs 2 x per week having a heavy back squat day, then have a hypertrophy front squat day workout with extra hamstring work. 💥 Keep notes and progress! Stop staying in the gym doing fluff exercises for 2 hours and slamming weight gain powder hoping for gains!
