Coach Linda is challenging everyone to do the 12 Days of Christmas Workout! Check out below for each day's activity and post back here every day to confirm you completed it! Better yet - post a picture or video of the workout - would love to see a ton of day 12 workout videos!!! Remember each day you must do the exercise of the day and the day before, and the day before that, etc. - just like the Christmas carol!!
