Awesome 6 week check in from nutrition client Stephanie!! We started out with a meal plan layed out from specific macros. Then we progressed into Steph counting her own macros. Now in 6 weeks we are: Down 15" and down 10lbs :-) The sweet part, she is just cracking the door open to getting the hang of this :-) A little hard work goes a long way! #builtataction
