We have 2 spots available in our Action Teens class Thursdays 6-7pm! WHAT IS ACTION TEENS? Action Teens is fitness class specially designed for youth aged 10-15 years old and aims to teach them the basics and fundamentals of weight training. Main areas of development include: bodyweight exercises, weightlifting techniques, strength, coordination, and confidence in their abilities and movements!
