We are looking for a group fitness instructor to join our team: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday 9-10am and/or Additional Hours based on instructor availability Instructor will be required to setup/take down equipment used during session, complete lesson plans, instruct class, and keep your class space cleaned and ready for participants scheduled later in the day. Applicants should possess: 1. University Degree in Kinesiology, AFLCA, Can-Fit-Pro Group Instructor/Personal Trainer Certificate OR Certificate of Equivalent 2. FIT CAMP 360 - ONGoing !!!!! With the huge success thus far with Fit Camp Summer edition, we have decided to move forward and create Fit Camp 360 ONGoing!!! What does Fit Camp 360 Offer? 3 months x $150 per month plus tax 6 months x $130 per month plus tax 1 year x $100 per month plus tax - Full Program design every 4-8 weeks based on the specific phase we are in. - Full email access to your coach for any planning, questions or concerns. - 2 weeks per month rotational coached classes to learn new program exercises and to watch over client progress via exercise technique and phase progression goals. Once 2 weeks are over, you are on your own to progress for 2-3 weeks, training with the other Fit Camp clients, any time slot you like in the day. This gives you many training partners to help keep motivated and stay on track!!! Additionally you are also building gym confidence to perform this program in another facility while out of town for work or on vacation as we set you up for success! - Monthly ESD cardio programming specific to the phase we are in to maximize results! - Full gym membership!! - 2 Personal Consultations with you and your coach per month to help you stay on track and enhance your progress. Who can go into Fit Camp? - Anyone who has the desire and passion to train for a new physique, learn new exercises, build proper technique and the ability to follow a program design. - We get lots of people from our A90 Transformation making this their next step in their physique progression. Can you join Fit Camp at any time? - Yes. Two ways to join Fit Camp 1. Wait for the beginning of the following Phase to start, usually every 4-6 weeks; your coach can tell you the next phase’s start time. 2. Book 3 PT sessions for an additional fee (personal training) and have a coach show you the current phase’s program the Fit Campers are in. Does Fit Camp come with Nutrition? - No it does not.
