Messing around with my macros and made a sweet frittata somehow :-) started to cook my finely sliced potatoes in coconut oil. Added Italian seasoning, sea salt and pepper with a handful of mushrooms and 2 cloves garlic. Added 1/2 cup water in fry pan and cooked 10min with lid on. Gave a stir then added 1 whole egg and 1/3 cup egg whites and put lid back on. Let cook for 2-3min. Took off lid and bam, slid right out if pan on my plate! Dan good!
