Self Sabotage VIA what you put into your mouth- Can this not also be called "mindful eating?" You did mindfully place that junk food into you r mouth! Was that not mindful? You always have a choice:-) Be aware and stick to your plan. Know what and when it is time to enjoy a treat, now you will have more compliance towards your goals:-) Success is a dirt road paved by you in any direction you want!
