Got a little crazy here....but it is awesome! 1 CHO egg whites, 1tbsp maranatha almond butter cook this up pb stove. Add in after cooked 1 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder, dashes cinnamon. Yummy! 24g protein, 4g carbs, 8g fats. Bed time bliss!
