For all my clients and to all those wanting to learn a keto style meal. Here is my breakfast I use right now. 1 whole tomato, 3 eggs, 1 Laughing cow wedge, 2 slices bacon cut in half to make it look like 4 in my mind:), mushrooms and a handful of spinach I ate before on it's own, with Frank's red hot as the topper.
