My fave right now, salmon, green beans and acorn squash! Stop making food choices so hard. I hear too many people who are starting out eating better, always asking for these magical recipes that will work for them. Recipes are fine if you have the time to prep and cook them, but guess what that is only a couple meals and you are done that in a day or two; so too much time waisted for so little. Make meal prep simple; protein+carbs+veg+fat done!
