When you are on your fitness journey there will be what feels like a brick wall trying to stop you! Those brick walls are there for a reason! They are not there to keep you from your goal or knock you down! They are there to show you the way, to show how much you really want it! Now you have two choices when the wall shows: Climb over it! OR Sit at the bottom! You are the only one who can save you. Everything else is there to help you on your way, not beat you down!
