A little comparison from my 1st ever Novice show 2011, to Musclemania World Championships 2013. Natural gains :-) Comparison pictures are a great way to see progress! FANTASTIC lifting day for Team AC Ladies Oly club! My girls killed it, shown on my scribbles coaching sheet folded in half. Aliah 6 for 6 and a new PR! Emma got her Junior National total!
