Please join us in congratulating Jessica in her recent transformation in the Action 90 Achieve Program. Jessica was part of the pilot group of our NEW Action 90 Achieve program that ran January to March 2014. She lost a total of 26.5 inches (9 site score) and 9 lbs over the course of 3 months. It's clearly not about the numbers or the scale, Jessica's photos are prime example that results come in the form of photos, feelings, and loose fitting clothing. Prior to the Action 90 Achieve program, Jessica was your perfect example of a yo-yo'er. She would do "good" throughout the week, and then sabotage her results on the weekends. The Achieve program taught her variety and consistency with food. The flexibility allowed her to have a small treat here and there to keep her brain satisfied without going over board and negating the work she did in the gym throughout the week. Through the process, Jessica became excited about the results she was seeing, and has decided to continue the path and see how far she can take herself... all the way to the fitness stage! She has signed up to compete in a fitness show in the Transformation category at the end of May.
